I’m a storyteller by heart; writing is one of my first loves.
This blog is my creative outlet, a place to talk about the things close to my heart and document the moments that I may one day otherwise forget.
I am a big consumer of blogs, articles, books and Instagram. I have gained so much by connecting with other women who share similar stories and life experiences.

What I like to write about…
• Family; my absolute priority in life . I am a Proud Wife and Mummy to Ava (1) and Thomas (5).
• Friendship and Connection; which I believe are vital to our happiness. We all need to feel that we belong.
• Motherhood; in my opinion, a woman’s greatest teacher.
• Career; Rather than killing my career ambitions, having children has ignited them.
• Self-Care; I think this is particularly important when you are caring for others. I am passionate about this topic since experiencing burnout with juggling my first child and career.
My self-care practices include journalling, creativity, mindfulness/meditation, yoga; small things each day that make a big difference.
• Mental Health; I am a natural worrier and a highly sensitive person. I feel everything deeply (which is both a blessing and a curse!) I need to work hard to keep my mind healthy.
I am fascinated by human behaviour and how our mindset sets the foundation for everything.
• Nutrition and Wellness; hormones and working with your menstrual cycles.
Dealing with health issues, body confidence and being the best version of you.
• Adventures; family days out, groups, classes, holidays, staycations.
• A collection of other thoughts and things I love; books, interiors (renovating our 1930’s semi home), being outdoors, appreciating the simple things in life.
